1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all makeup services, bridal bookings, party makeup, event makeup, makeup classes, consultations, packages, travel bookings and other services offered by Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers.

Every confirmed booking requires the artist and/or makeup team to reserve a specific date, time, professional availability, products, equipment and other resources exclusively for the client.

2. Booking Amount & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking has been acknowledged by Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers.

• The advance booking amount is non-refundable.
• Payment of the advance confirms the client's acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• An enquiry, quotation or tentative discussion does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• A date and time slot may be offered to another client until the required booking payment is received.
• The artist is not required to hold a date indefinitely without the required payment.

3. Client Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the advance booking amount shall remain with Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers and shall not be refunded.

This applies regardless of whether the cancellation is due to a change of plans, change of wedding date, change of venue, change of event arrangements, personal circumstances, travel problems, another vendor's cancellation, weather conditions, family circumstances or any other reason.

Cancellation requests should be communicated as soon as possible through the official WhatsApp or email contact provided by Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers.

The date on which the written cancellation request is received shall be treated as the cancellation date.

4. Rescheduling of Bookings

Rescheduling is not an automatic right. Any request to change a confirmed booking to another date will be considered subject to the availability of the artist and/or makeup team.

• The original advance amount remains non-refundable.
• A new date can only be accepted if the requested date is available.
• The artist may decline a rescheduling request where the requested date is already booked or unavailable.
• Revised dates may be subject to the current applicable pricing, travel charges or other service charges.
• Any increase in price resulting from the revised booking must be paid by the client.
• If no suitable alternative date is available, the original advance amount shall remain forfeited.

A request to reschedule should not be interpreted as a cancellation with an automatic right to a refund or credit.

5. Refund Policy

Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers follows a strict no-refund policy for advance booking payments.

Advance payments are made to reserve professional availability for a specific date and time. Reserving such availability may prevent the artist from accepting another booking for the same period.

Advance booking amounts will not ordinarily be refunded due to:

• Client cancellation.
• Change of mind.
• Change of wedding or event plans.
• Change of venue.
• Change of event date.
• Reduction in the number of persons requiring makeup.
• Cancellation or failure of another vendor.
• Client travel or accommodation issues.
• Failure of the client to attend the appointment.
• Client arriving too late for the scheduled service.
• Client deciding not to proceed after the artist/team has arrived at the venue.
• Failure of the client to follow preparation instructions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any consumer right, remedy or refund that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. Makeup Classes – Cancellation & Refund

Makeup classes involve limited seats, advance preparation, products, teaching resources and instructor availability. Accordingly, class bookings are subject to a strict cancellation policy.

• All class fees paid to reserve a seat are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Cancellation by a participant does not create an automatic right to a refund or partial refund.
• Transfer to another class may be considered at the sole discretion of Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers.
• Any transfer is subject to availability of seats in the requested class.
• A participant who fails to attend the scheduled class without prior written approval will be treated as a no-show.
• No refund will be provided for a missed class.
• Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled class duration.

7. Makeup Services – Cancellation & Payment

For makeup services, the advance amount confirms the date, time slot and professional availability of the artist and/or makeup team.

The advance booking amount is strictly non-refundable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the makeup service begins.

The artist and/or team may decline to commence the service until the outstanding payment has been received and confirmed.

Additional persons, additional makeup services, hair styling, draping, travel, accommodation, parking, early-morning charges, overtime, waiting charges or other expenses not included in the original quotation may be charged separately.

8. Client Delay & Waiting Time

Clients are expected to be ready and available at the agreed start time.

• Delays caused by the client may reduce the time available for makeup or hair services.
• The scheduled finishing time will not automatically be extended because of a late start.
• The artist is not required to compromise another booking because of a client's delay.
• Waiting time or extended working hours may attract additional charges.
• If the delay makes it impractical to complete the agreed services, the artist may modify or shorten the service.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances & Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond reasonable control, including serious illness, accident, natural disaster, government restrictions, venue closure, major transportation disruption, public emergency or other circumstances that make performance impossible or unsafe, Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers may need to cancel, postpone or modify a booking.

Where reasonably possible, the artist may attempt to provide an alternative date, substitute qualified professional or another reasonable arrangement.

Any refund or alternative remedy in such circumstances shall depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential or third-party losses arising from circumstances beyond the artist's reasonable control.

10. Exceptions & Goodwill

Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers may, entirely at its discretion, offer a credit, adjustment, transfer or other goodwill arrangement in exceptional circumstances.

Any such arrangement is voluntary and shall not create a contractual entitlement or precedent for future bookings.

Any exception must be expressly confirmed in writing by Divya Singh Bishnoi Makeovers.

Statements made informally by third parties, venue staff, assistants or other persons shall not be treated as a modification of this policy unless confirmed by the artist or authorised representative in writing.
